What we collect

The founder application collects your name, email, product details, demand evidence, revenue range, and the reason the product stalled.

Why we collect it

We use the information only to evaluate a possible turnaround, respond to you, prevent repeated submissions, and maintain an auditable operating queue.

What we do not do

We do not sell application information, use it for targeted advertising, or request product credentials through the public form.

Retention and deletion

Rejected applications may be retained for up to 12 months to avoid duplicate outreach and then deleted. A founder may request earlier deletion by replying to any Reclaimware correspondence.

Product access

Product credentials, customer data, and operating authority are accepted only after written authorization and a separate diligence process.
